What that means in play

Characters carry DMG, POW and HP. DMG is what they deal when attacking a Leader; POW is what they deal when attacking a rested Character. Many also print a Support ability — a named Jutsu with a Chakra cost, such as Kakashi Hatake's Support [1 CHAKRA]: Lightning Blade — that can be activated from hand, or set face-down and activated on the opponent's turn.
