Every revealed EX Character reads “Cannot be summoned normally” and prints [Summon Requirements] that place your own Characters into the trash. They pay for that with the biggest statlines revealed so far — Naruto Uzumaki (N-003) is POW 11 / HP 10 with [Rush]. Deploying via an EX or an effect does not use the Summon card, so it does not consume your one normal deployment.
