The Fest's official site lists Shanghai under December 2026. There are no exact dates, no venue, no address, and no city subpage giving a title lineup, an application process or opening hours. Compare that with the five Asian stops that are fully dated, where the Fest site carries a subpage naming seven participating titles and setting out a pre registration process through the BANDAI TCG+ app.
